Nylon PA6-CF (The Black Steel): Our carbon-fiber-reinforced Polyamide 6 is selected for its extreme tensile strength and superior vibration dampening. It serves as the primary medium for industrial components that require the structural integrity of aluminum but at a fraction of the weight.
PPS-CF (The Thermal Shield): Polyphenylene Sulfide reinforced with Carbon Fiber represents the pinnacle of our chemical-resistance catalog. Inherent flame retardancy combined with a high Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) allows these components to operate in environments exceeding 200°C and resist caustic chemical exposure that would degrade traditional industrial polymers.

To reach the peak tensile strength of our carbon-fiber composites, parts undergo a controlled thermal annealing cycle. This process realigns the molecular chains, increasing the crystallinity of the polymer and eliminating internal stresses. It transforms a “printed” part into a solid industrial component.
UV-Crosslinking (Resin Finalization)

Metrology Validation (The Deviation Map)

Every critical component is re-scanned after production. We generate a 3D Deviation Map—a technical “Heat Map” comparing the physical part against the original CAD intent. If the variance exceeds ±0.05mm, the part does not leave the forge.
